At Harber London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted leather goods aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 60 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging included, and securely seal them in the original shipping box if possible.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
